By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.
Products & pricing
We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly on screen. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons such as stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, email support@curatorwebshop.store as soon as possible. Once shipped, our Returns policy applies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, design and branding, belongs to CURATOR or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where CURATOR is registered. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
