Order data (name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, items purchased), communications you send us, and — only with your consent — anonymous usage analytics. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we never store them.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, handle returns, meet legal and tax obligations, and — with consent — improve the store and send newsletters.

Performance of a contract (orders), legal obligation (accounting, tax), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service security) and consent (analytics, marketing emails).
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (e-commerce and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and our website host. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 8 years). Marketing consent data is kept until you unsubscribe.
