Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our return window is longer than this legal minimum.
How to return
Email support@curatorwebshop.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (e.g. soaps, hair accessories) cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
